Discounts up to $150 are available for practitioners who repeat the TouchPro Seminars on a space available basis. Please call 800-999-5026 for registration.

Payment

Seminar Policies:

• After we receive this form, you will receive a confirmation call or letter from the Seminar Sponsor within a week. Please call us at (800) 999-5026, if you do not.
• Each seminar generally has an enrollment minimum. TouchPro does not deposit checks or charge credit cards until this minimum is reached.
• Please do not make unrevokable travel or housing plans until you receive confirmation that we have reached our minimum. TouchPro is not responsible for your out-of-pocket expenses if the seminar is cancelled due to lack of enrollment or Acts of God.
• After we reach the minimum, if you withdraw your enrollment, you will lose your deposit.
• Any outstanding tuition balance will be charged at the start of the Seminar.

Seminar Guarantee:

If at any time during the seminar you do not feel you are getting your money's worth, simply return your handouts to the TouchPro Trainer for a full refund of your tuition within 10 working days.

Checks:

To pay by check you must print this form and send it with a minimum of $125 deposit to TouchPro Institute at the address at the top.
