Do I have to sign up to use this website?

No, you only have to sign up for the Resources area where the chair massage newsletter and private TouchPro practitioner areas are located.

What if I forgot my password?
|

From the left column menu on the Home page, select "Login." Click on the link under the Login Boxes that says "Help me remember my Password." You will initially be required to give your email address. After you click the "Submit" button TouchPro will then verify your address. Once it has located your account, you will be prompted to give the correct answer to the challenge question that you previously set up. After you give the correct response to the challenge question and click the "Submit" button, you will see your Password on the enxt screen.

I tried to retrive my password by answering the Challenge Question, but I still got an error. What do I do?

First, try to log in again with you email address and the password "paperclip". That was the default password assigned to accounts set up before with had the User system implemented. If that works, click on the Edit User
Profile link here or at the bottom of the left column on the Resources home page and you can change your Challenge Question and response.

I'm having trouble signing up for access to the Resources area. What am I doing wrong?

p>Follow these instructions precisely. You may want to print
them out for easy access:
- Click on the "Resources" tab in menu bar above
on this page. You will get an error message saying you do not have access
to the page being requested.
- Click on the "New Sign Up" link at the bottom
of the left navigation column.
- Fill out the form on the next page (New User Sign Up)
making sure to put entries in all boxes with a red astrix.
- Click on the button at the bottom of the form (Click
here to send your registration).
At this point you will either receive confirmation that you
are registered on the site or you will get an error message.
If you receive the Sign Up Confirmation message, you will still
have to Log In with your email address and password. Click on the "Log
In" link at the bottom of the left column. On the next page enter your
email address and password and click "Enter Resource Area." You will
be taken to the Resources home page.
If you get an error message, read it carefully.
- Data entry problems: You might get a pop-up box on
your screen telling you that you didn't fill out all of the required fields.
Close the box and reenter the requested fields. The other common data entry
issue is not typing the password exactly the same way both times it is requested.
- Duplicate email: You may get a Sign Up Error telling
you that the email address you have entered is already being used. If you
believe you have signed up with us before but don't remember the password,
first try using "paperclip" as the password. Some of our earlier
subscribers to the newsletter were transferred to this database with "paperclip"
as a default password. If that doesn't work, send
us an email and we will provide you with the correct password.
If something else weird occurs, email
us with
- The name of the operating system that you are using (Windows
95,98,... or Mac OS 9, 10,...).
- The name an version number of your browser (Internet Explorer
4.x, Netscape Navigator 5, or whatever).
- The steps that you followed above, where the problem occurred,
and exactly the error message you got or a description of the problem.

All of your signup information, including name, password, and email preferences
can be modified by clicking the Edit User
Profile link here or on the Resources area home page, where it appears at
the bottom of the left column.

Actually, either URL will work. Someone else originally owned the ".com" version until we acquired it in late 2000 and began using it in our marketing and materials.
